We didn't set out to start a consultancy. We set out to be useful.
We spent years inside government, seeing how the money moves and policy decisions are made.
Andrew ran national programs from inside the departments. Ryan advised ministers from inside Parliament House. And we kept seeing the same thing: great communities with good ideas, but unable to compete with the cities and bigger players.
Ideas with merit, needing the guidance to bring it together.
So in 2020 we left, to take what we'd learned and actually go and do some good with it.
Two resignations, one shared hunch, and no grand plan beyond the work.
Our very first win was a toilet block. And what a fine toilet block it was.
Every visitor to that site has benefited from us scribbling some words a few years ago. Including us when we visit.

Since then we've helped some of the remotest communities in the country secure millions for projects that are changing, and saving, lives.
Airports and ambulance stations. Health clinics and staff accommodation. Water security, children's services, ranger programs and places to gather.
And we couldn't be prouder.
Our co-founder is still our Strategic Advisor, and still on speed dial. Until he gets sick of us.
